A closing panel will bring together a representative from EODY, a pharma representative, and others to discuss the opportunities and challenges of implementing digital vaccination cards in practice.
The workshop will explore how a European Digital Vaccination Card and interoperable immunisation data can:
- provide citizens with secure, portable access to their vaccination history,
- support healthcare professionals with trusted, up-to-date records at the point of care,
- enable public health authorities to make better use of immunisation data for surveillance, planning and preparedness,
- align with the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the EEHRxF.
